Horizontal Split Case Fire Pumps UL Listed

Lubi offers FLHC series state-of-the-art fire pumps with diesel engine/electric motor driven, horizontal split case pump.
These pumps are typically used in fire-fighting applications for supplying water to fire hose reels, fire hydrants or sprinkler systems.
50Hz – Pumps have a discharge range from 450 to 1250 USgpm and the head range from 61 to 233 psi.

60Hz – Pumps have a discharge range from 450 to 750 USgpm and the head range from 6.4 to 14.65 bar.
These fire pumps meet or exceed the requirements of NFPA20.
Installations of these pumps would ensure the safety of human life, buildings, expensive plants and equipments.
FLHC fire pumpset shall be used only where a positive suction is provided as specified in NFPA20.
The fire pumps typically consists of the following equipments:
• Pump
• Electric motor/Diesel engine assembled with
– cooling system (for Diesel engine only)
– fuel system (for Diesel engine only)
– battery system (for Diesel engine only)
– exhaust system (for Diesel engine only)
• Fire pump controller
• Suction and discharge gauges
• Air relief valve
• Common base plate

All above equipments except fuel supply tank and fire pump controller are mounted on a common base frame.

Aquapack Pressure Booster system

Lubi Aquapack 1000 booster sets consist of 2 to 4 identical vertical multistage (LCR) pumps mounted in parallel on a common base frame, control cabinet with motor protection
and integrated LE 1000 series controller.

These pumps are automatically operated according to system requirement by means of pressure switches (one for each pump). The setting of the pressure switches have to
be within the optimal performance area of each pump model. Automatic operation of one or more pumps with VFD control is optional.

Aquapack 1000 booster sets are supplied as complete, preassembled and tested systems including suction and discharge manifolds, isolating valves, non-return valves,
pressure gauge and pressure switches.

Energy-efficient Cast Iron Three Phase Induction Motors

• Motors are fitted with pre-lubricated antifriction ball bearings up to 132 frame.

Fire Pump Electric Motors (SPDP)

LUBI’s Fire Pump motors are for Fire Pump applications in accordance with NFPA 20 and UL 1004-5 In addition, they feature a Class F Insulation System and 1.15 Service Factor.
These Fire Pump Duty (SPDP) Motors are designed for Environments where dirt and moisture are minimal and provide maximum ventilation and heat dissipation.
Fire Pump Motors are not recommended for use with Variable Frequency Drives.

Horizontal Multistage End-Suction Pumps

The Lubi SMC and SMCN pumps are non-self priming, horizontal, multistage, centrifugal pumps. Motor and pump are close coupled in a convenient and compact design for quick installation in limited space. The pump is fitted with a maintenance-free, mechanical shaft
seal.
The pumps have axial suction port and radial discharge port and are mounted on a base plate.
These pumps are available in two basic versions.

SMC: Pump casing, suction casing as well as all parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made of stainless steel AISI 304.
SMCN: Pump casing, suction casing as well as all parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made of stainless steel AISI 316.

4” Submersible Bore Well Pumps With Floating Impeller

The Lubi offers LNF series multistage, centrifugal submersible bore well pumps with floating impellers, for 4″ (DN 100 mm) wells.

State-of-the-art floating impeller-stack design made with glass reinforced PPO impellers, glass reinforced Polycarbonate diffusers and stainless steel bowls offer best sand handling property making the pumps most reliable in sandy bore wells..

These pumps are sized for connection to the motor according to NEMA standards.

Horizontal Single-stage Centrifugal Pumps

The Lubi MXF pumps are non-self priming, horizontal, single-stage, centrifugal pumps.
Motor and pump are close coupled in a convenient and compact design for quick installation in limited space.
These pumps are available from 0.37 to 1.50 kW for single phase as well as three phase power supply. The pumps have axial suction port and radial discharge port .
Pump casing and impellers are made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Motor shaft is made of carbon steel and pump shaft is made of stainless steel.
The pump is tted with a maintenance-free, mechanical shaft seal.

Corrosion Resistant Thermoplastic Pumps

The Lubi LN and LP series of corrosion resistant thermoplastic pumps are designed for continuous medium pressure circulation or transfer of non-flammable liquids
which are compatible with the pump component materials where no suction lift is required.

A water seal flush port is provided for decontamination of  chemicals on seal and seat elastomers. The pump discharge can be rotated 90° as per requirement.
These pump will handle specific gravities to 1.1 (at 100 SSU or less).
These pumps are available from 0.37 to 2.20 kW for single phase as well as three phase power supply.
These pumps are available in Noryl or Polypropylene material of construction. These pumps are available as closed coupled with standard TEFC motor. They are also available as long-coupled with standard TEFC as well as Flame Proof motor.
