    We use the most advanced foundry technology to assure high quality of castings at a competitive price. We offer value added services like CAD/CAM for design, pattern making, machining, heat treatment, and painting of castings. We can offer material test certificates for chemical and physical analysis of metal, and microstructure evaluation of castings.
Moulding Facility

    High pressure moulding line - Hunter machine.
    Continuous moulding line.
    Separate moulding machines for specialized castings.
    Hand moulding for big castings in nobake and CO2 moulding.

Melting Facility ( Furnace )

    Cupola of 2.0 - 2.5 tons/hr - 3 nos.
    Cupola of 3.0-3.5 tons/hr. - 1 no.
    Cupola of 1.0-1.5 tons/hr. - 1 no.
    Induction of 1.0 ton dual track - 1 no.

Coreshop Facility

    Various core making processes ranging up to 250 kgs per core with various automatic core shooter machines.

Pattern Shop Facility

    We have in house pattern manufacturing facility including 3D modeling and the surface generated on a Makino Vertical tool and die machining center. Several lathes, milling machines, pantograph machine & radial drill machines contribute their role in providing a successful pattern for moulding.
