We are looking for an experienced sales engineer to join our team!
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be proficient in EXCEL, WORD & PRESENTATION.
- Good Technical as well as commercial Knowledge of Industrial Valve Products.
Technical knowledge for Valve Department
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for new clients, dealers and explaining them our product range and converting them into regular customers.
- To prepare and deliver technical presentation in order to explain our products & services to existing as well as new dealers / customers.
- Travelling to visit potential clients.
- Establishing & maintaining existing relationship with customers.
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
- Calculating client quotations.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Coordinating with factory regarding deliveries and quality issues.
- Ensure timely recovery of payments from all customers.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Administering client accounts.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Coordinating sales projects.
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Talk with customers and engineers to assess and determine the product requirements.
- Secure & Renew Orders & arrange delivery of same.
- Co-ordinate with engineers to plan & modify products to meet customers needs.
- Help clients in solving any problems in already installed products.
- Help in research & developing new products which will be beneficial to the company’s growth in sales.
