Lubi Pumps’ remarkable show at the Plumbed India exhibition at BIEC, Bengaluru
Plumbed India exhibition, where the entire ecosystem showed up under a single roof for the water, sanitation, and plumbing sector in India. LUBI Pumps was proud to be part of Plumbex India 2026, held from 16th to 18th April at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru. Three days, one buzzing exhibition floor, and countless meaningful conversations later, we're excited to share what the experience meant for us.
Plumbex India has, for years, stood as the country's leading platform dedicated entirely to water, sanitation, and plumbing technologies. It's the place where manufacturers, architects, MEP consultants, real estate developers, and policymakers come together to talk about one of India's most pressing challenges; that is, building a water-secure future for our rapidly growing cities. Backed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and the Ministry of Jal Shakti, the exhibition isn't just a trade show; it's a genuine checkpoint for where the plumbing and building services industry is headed next.
Bengaluru's BIEC came alive with exhibitors and visitors from across the country and abroad; with experts from manufacturers of sanitaryware, pipes and fittings, pumps, valves, water treatment systems, and fire safety equipment shared the floor with architects, contractors, and government representatives made it even more resourceful. The mix of global and domestic brands, combined with a footfall of industry decision-makers, made the exhibition a convergence point rather than just another expo. LUBI Pumps found itself right at the heart of these conversations engaging the visitors at the stall.
Lubi Pumps has spent decades building pumping solutions for India's homes, farms, and industries, Plumbex was simply the right platform to showcase our strength and how our latest innovations in hydro pneumatic systems and energy-efficient motor technology can solve real, everyday water management problems. Whether it's maintaining steady pressure in a high-rise apartment or handling industrial drainage on a construction site Lubi has products delivering enough power. Plumbex gave us direct access to the very people who make these decisions daily; consultants, builders, and facility managers.
The attraction of our display was our Hydro Pneumatic Water Pressure Booster Pump system, designed to maintain consistent water pressure across multiple floors, a solution increasingly essential as Indian cities grow taller and water infrastructure gets more complex. Also, giving excellent performance in apartment complexes, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings etc. It has automated alteration which can control the required number of pumps operating at any time.
Powering this system is our IE5 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, representing the newest tier of motor efficiency standards, built to deliver more controlled output while consuming noticeably less energy than conventional motors.
We also showcased our broader range of IE5 Industrial Motors, engineered for industries looking to cut down operational energy costs without compromising on performance or durability.
For applications that demand precision and compact design, our Stainless Steel Vertical Multistage Inline Centrifugal Pump drew considerable interest, a favourite among consultants working on commercial buildings, water treatment set-ups, and industrial processes where space is limited but performance expectations are high. It could also be used in sprinkler systems, gardens, farms & fountains, and various dewatering applications.
Rounding out our line-up was our Heavy-Duty Submersible Drainage Pump with flow range upto 55 m³/h and head range up to 28 meters. These pumps are built to handle tough dewatering and drainage tasks on construction sites, basements, and industrial floors, the kind of rugged, dependable pump that's often the unsung hero of any large-scale project. It could also be used in fishponds or basements.
What ties this line-up together is a shared philosophy: efficiency without compromise. The IE5 motor technology across our range help significantly lower energy consumption over the pump's lifetime, translating into real savings for building owners and industries. The Hydro Pneumatic system ensures uniform water pressure with any number of pumps functioning together without the need for overhead tanks, saving both space and maintenance efforts. Our stainless-steel multistage pump offers corrosion resistance and long-term durability even in demanding water treatment environments, while our submersible drainage pump is built to handle heavy-duty, continuous operation where reliability simply is uncompromisable.
Along with the technology and the products on display, what made Plumbex genuinely valuable was the quality of engagement. We had detailed conversations with consultants who are actively specifying pumping solutions for upcoming projects, partners looking to expand their portfolios, and customers curious about how our technology could fit into their specific water management challenges. These are the people shaping how water moves through their buildings and industries, and space; keeping their curiosity invaluable.
At LUBI, we believe that good pumping technology should be silent in its operation but loud in its impact -efficient, dependable when it matters most, and built to outlast the demands and expectations to fulfil. Our continued efforts in IE5 motor technology and precision-engineered pump systems reflects a larger commitment: helping India build smarter and more sustainable water infrastructure. Most conversations with the consultants and industry people were not just about a pump requirement; it was about a partner who understands their challenges and requirements and someone who could fulfil them with their technology.
Plumbex India 2026 reaffirmed something we already believe that the future of water management in India is being shaped by fulfilling the requirements based on challenges. We're grateful to everyone who stopped by our stall, asked questions, and shared their challenges with us. We look forward to turning these conversations into stronger partnerships and, ultimately, better water solutions for the projects and people who need them.
Hoping to see everyone at the next edition of Plumbex, and to keep building India's water future together.
