Lubi CRM was developed with simplicity in mind, based on the company's belief that CRM should not be complex to deploy or expensive to use.
Lubi CRM allows our company to organize, manage and track people (employees), companies (associates and customers), and sales opportunities through CRM dashboards in addition to sales trends and marketing reports and tools and customer profiles.
This application simplifies access and interaction with customer/ user’s data on the go while allowing users to log calls made on the mobile phone via the mobile app. Any address can be clicked on to bring up the Google map location, and changes to system data are updated in real. Personal daily activity screens allow users to view upcoming sales calls and other events.
Note: Lubi CRM application is used only by employees of Lubi Industries LLP and its related entities only. Therefore, Terms and conditions of privacy are discussed and agreed upon during the employment contract signing.

Internet/Network State: The Internet is the basic requirement for running this application. A network state is used to observe when the user switches between the online/offline state to allow users to use the Offline mode provided by the application. So that users can sync the data automatically when their device is connected to the internet. We do not modify how users use the internet. We just observe to provide the required features.
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access

Location- When the Services you request require location-based information, the App may need to use GPS or other location-based services to identify your physical location. We may use device location to use features like check-in, Nearby Records & Add Current location to address. This information is used to keep track of employee’s performance and other records only and is never shared with any third-party.
Audio/ Microphone- If you grant microphone access to the LubiCRM app on your device, we will receive your voice data when you interact with a voice feature on our app. This feature is normally used to record and upload audio as proof of a meeting or a piece of information. All the voice data is stored safely in our internal server only.
Camera- You may choose to permit us to access your device’s camera to click and upload images or documents which you require to share with your managers internally in the company.
Contacts- You may choose to give us access to your contacts to make it easy for you to do things like share and collaborate on Your Stuff, send messages, and invite others to use the Services. If you do, we’ll store those contacts on our server for you to use. The contacts stored post your permission will be considered as current or potential clients of Lubi Industries LLP.
Fingerprint/ Sensors- We use Fingerprint recognition to authenticate our users tomake use of the application.It is completely an Opt-Infeature. We do not store or upload any fingerprint data to the server.
Storage- We also use Cache storage to make the app load faster. We use SQLite for securely storing the user’s records. In this process anyway, the app does not control or harm the storage of the user. It just acts as an intermediary between the server and the user’s device.
Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
